Job Description:

Job Description:
1. According to the sales target broken down by the sales manager, refine the sales target to specific units and products, track the completion of sales in a timely manner, and promptly propose adjustment plans based on the actual situation;
2. Use the company's effective resources to carry out customer development plans, contact potential customers and strive for cooperation opportunities, and regularly submit sales work plans and potential customer tracking status sheets;
3. Follow up the completion of customer contracts and orders, grasp changes in customer sales, and report to the sales manager in a timely manner;
4. In response to customer complaints about the company's product quality, service, delivery timeliness and emergency delivery, and fill in the "Corrective and Preventive Measures Notice", require all relevant departments of the company to issue written reports and timely feedback to customers;
5. Responsible for communicating with customers, conducting semi-annual customer asset inventory, customer satisfaction surveys, and letter verification in response to audit requirements;
6. In accordance with the payment terms agreed with the customer, track the customer's timely payment, and the return rate is an important indicator for calculating the sales commission.
7. Carry out risk and benefit assessment for new customers and fill in the "Risk Assessment Form" as the basis for the company to determine whether to cooperate.
8. Responsible for the maintenance of customer information in the system, and send the "Customer Notification Form" to relevant departments;
9. Regularly evaluate the risks and benefits of all customers and fill in the "Risk Assessment Form" as an important indicator of sales commissions for sales staff.
10. Establish a good customer relationship, track and maintain customers from time to time, do a good job of collecting market/customer information,
11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in marketing business major or related major;
2. More than 2 years of work experience in sales;
3. Familiar with the status quo of the industry's market development; have excellent sales skills, strong market planning and operation capabilities;
4. Have strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, have a high degree of work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility; have a good team spirit;
5. Working experience with special gas is preferred.
